  Pickled Gherkins & Vegetables..........  





Brining GAPPL has a segregated tank for fermentation of Gherkins with 500 plastic vats capacity between 5k -10 k lts.  The cucumbers are automatically fed into these vats and suctioned out using high caliber suction pump, feeding the production line to pack them in plastic carboys.


Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant The production unit is equipped with an RO plant to deliver 3000 lts of water per hour.  Every batch of vinegar & brine preservatives are strictly using RO water which has standard levels monitored under SQF audit.


Plant has an Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) to treat the waste water and decompose the solid waste.  The treated waste water is used in our 10 acres of land to irrigate the plantation and garden.  The de composed waste in excess is given out to the associated farmers.


Industrial safety, Labor safety & fire safety standards are adhered to as per the standards stipulated by the governing bodies and departments.
